CATERING GUIDELINES AND MEAL GUARANTEE
We are happy to assist you in creating a catered event, whether for a luncheon, a snack break during a meeting, a wedding reception, or a whole company business retreat. Please remember that any food or drink served within Jackson Hole Conference facilities must be provided by us as well. Take a look at our Banquets and Catering pages for specific information on our menus. Our catering prices are typically posted as per person.
DEPOSIT AND MEAL GUARANTEE
Final meal selections must be finalized 45 days prior to the event, at which point a 50% deposit of forecasted food and beverage fees are due. An estimated attendance count is required at least four days in advance, while the final attendance count is required 48 hours prior to every function, and may not be changed thereafter. You will be charged for this final attendance count or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater. JH Conferences will be set up to serve 5% over the guaranteed attendance.
CONFERENCE AND PRIVATE FUNCTION SETUP
Let us figure out the details when it comes to room set-up, equipment rental, signage and decorations, and audiovisual needs. Details for conference or private function set up must be finalized 45 days prior to the event.
ROOM RENTAL
Our conference and meeting rooms are rented on a per room basis. Additional charges may apply for room set-up and/or room turnover between meetings and parties or banquets.
CANCELLATIONS
If a function is cancelled within 96 hours of the start time, a cancellation fee of 20% of projected revenues will be charged.
TAX and SERVICE CHARGE
6% Sales Tax and 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage function prices.
SIGNS and DISPLAYS
JH Conferences permits the use of hospitality signs in our lobby and public areas. We will post your event, location, and time on a reader board at the front desk. All other signs, decorations, or postings must receive prior approval from JH Conferences.
SNOW KING CENTER
If you are planning an event in our Snow King Center facilities please note that certain menus or services may not be available. An event with a planned attendance exceeding 500 persons must acquire a special permit.
ENTERTAINMENT
Let us know what you would like and we will do our best to arrange it for you. Bands, Dancers, DJ's, Artists, Fashion Shows, Inspirational Speakers, Theme Parties, etc.
OTHER ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES
